Is this you?

  • It's 3 p.m. Your second cup of coffee doesn't even touch the exhaustion, and dinner still needs making.
  • You're tired but wired: dragging all day, then wide awake at 3 a.m.
  • You snap at the people you love, then the mom guilt hits.
  • You walk into a room and have no idea why you went there (hello, brain fog).
  • You're doing all the "right" things. So why don't you feel better?

If you nodded along, you're not doing it wrong. And if a quiet voice keeps whispering, "No, this isn't just getting older," that voice is right.

What you'll walk away with

  • Relief: You'll finally know why you feel this way after 45, and that your birthday isn't to blame.

  • Permission to stop pushing: Why more coffee, harder workouts, and the supplement cabinet keep you underwater, and what helps instead.

  • A win today: 5 Vitality Sparks that help you come up for air in 5 minutes or less, including a 3-minute freezer trick.

Plus 3 free bonuses

Bonus 1: Your Sparks fridge checklist

Print it, stick it on the fridge, and check a box each time you do a Spark. Every check mark turns your energy dial up a little more (and it feels as good as crossing off a to-do).

Bonus 2: Follow-along workouts with me

Press play and do the moves with me, right in your kitchen. Start with the Vitality 10, with more workouts on the way. No gym or equipment needed. The guide shows you how to grab them with one quick DM.

Bonus 3: The Fire That Stays

My follow-up guide for the days you skip a Spark (we all have them). It shows you how to keep your energy turned up, even on your messiest days.

You could be doing Spark 1 five minutes from now. The longer stress keeps your energy turned down, the harder it is to turn back up, so the sooner you start, the sooner you'll feel it.

Meet your guide

Hi, I'm Dr. Shaun McKee, The Vitality MD. I'm a physician, wellness center owner, and 2x Ironman finisher, and I was always the supplement-taking, healthy-eating "health nut." Then, right around the time I turned 45, the wheels started falling off the bus. Most days, I ran on caffeine and calamity (and a fistful of supplements).

Little 5-minute rebellions against my stress were the start of my turnaround. Today I'm 60, and I have more energy than I did at 45. Now I help women 45 and up switch their own energy back on, without extreme diets, grueling workouts, or a cabinet full of supplements.

Your energy won't turn itself back up. Grab your free guide and start with Spark 1 today.

Your questions

Quick answers before you grab your guide

Why am I so tired after 45, even after 8 hours of sleep?

For many women, stress is a big part of it. Kids, work, aging parents and perimenopause hormones all over the place turn down the energy makers inside your cells, and after 45 they're harder to turn back up. It's not just getting older, and you're not doing it wrong.

Is it stress, or am I just getting older?

Page 2 of the guide has a 30-second quiz that helps you see how much of your tiredness may be stress.

What are the Sparks?

Five small things you can do in 5 minutes or less, with no gym or equipment. Each one helps turn your energy back up, even on "I don't have time to pee" days.

Is it really free?

Yes. Enter your name and email, and it opens right away. You'll also get a few short emails with tips, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
